Ultimate Vegan Nachos!
We went over out our friend Sara Beth’s place to help her set up her new domain Vegan Sara Beth and to test a recipe she is working on for a class she will be teaching soon. We got to assemble our own ultimate vegan nachos from a bunch of fresh and super good tasting toppings. I put everything on mine (I mean, how could they be called ultimate if they don’t have everything on them?).
Umm…vegans? A word, please? None of you told me I could still have (most of*) my favorite parts of nachos. You’re all on notice.
